Reps shouldn't have to take payroll on faith. Knockt shows each rep their projected payout for the current period and can explain, in plain language, exactly how it's built.
Projected payout
All period long, a rep sees a live projection of what they're on track to earn — earned commission plus pending install pay, net of any clawbacks. It's an estimate from live numbers; the figure of record is the closed snapshot at period end.
Every line traces to a ledger entry — phrased, not guessed.
Explain my pay
From their dashboard a rep can tap Explain my pay. Knockt computes the facts from their ledger — which deals, which tier, which splits, which bonuses and clawbacks — and phrases them in a sentence or two. The numbers come from the ledger, not from a guess: the explanation only ever describes entries that are really there.
Tip
Because every figure traces to a ledger entry, "why is my check this amount?" stops being an argument and becomes a link you can both look at.
