Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective: June 18, 2026
1. The short version
Knockt is free to start and Pro includes a 14-day free trial with no credit card. You can cancel anytime. Because of that, we generally do not refund amounts already charged— but you’re never locked in, and we fix genuine billing errors right away.
2. Free plan
The Free plan costs nothing and can be used for as long as you like, within its limits. There is nothing to pay and nothing to refund.
3. The 14-day Pro trial
New workspaces can try the full Pro plan free for 14 days — no credit card required to start. You are not charged during the trial. If you don’t add a payment method, your workspace simply moves to the Free plan when the trial ends. No charge, no action needed.
4. Cancelling Pro
You can cancel Pro at any time from Settings → Billing. When you cancel:
- You keep Pro access through the end of the billing period you’ve already paid for.
- You are not charged again.
- Your workspace then moves to the Free plan with your data intact.
5. Refunds
Because Pro starts with a free trial and can be cancelled anytime, we do not provide refunds or credits for charges already incurred, including for partial billing periods. Annual plans are not pro-rated on cancellation — you retain Pro access through the end of the paid year.
This does not affect any non-waivable rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws of your jurisdiction.
6. Billing errors & exceptions
If something isn’t right — a duplicate charge, a charge after you cancelled, or a clear billing error — email us and we will make it right promptly. We also handle genuine, good-faith refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
7. How active-rep billing works
Pro is billed per active rep per month. A rep is “active” in a billing period if they have at least one sale logged in it. Benched reps and managers do not count toward your seat charge, so your bill tracks the team you’re actually running.
