Pay reps through Knockt (payouts)
Turn on the payouts add-on, onboard reps to Stripe, and send commission as transfers at close.

With the payouts add-on, you can pay reps their commission directly through Knockt instead of exporting a file and paying somewhere else. Payouts run on Stripe and are a paid add-on enabled per workspace — talk to us to switch it on.
1. Reps onboard to Stripe once
Each rep completes a one-time Stripe onboarding (identity + where to deposit). Until a rep finishes, they show as onboarding and are simply skipped at pay time — no one is ever paid to an unverified account.
2. Pay at close
When you mark a closed, approved period paid, Knockt sends one transfer per rep for their exact earned commission. Every transfer posts to the ledger as its own entry, reconciled to the period.
Safe by design
- Idempotent — re-running a paid period never sends a second transfer.
- Manager-override pay is handled on its own line, not double-counted.
- A reversed transfer is recorded too, so the ledger always matches reality.
Heads up
Payouts move real money. Only an owner/manager can mark a period paid, and the action is blocked during operator impersonation. Make sure the period is approved and disputes are resolved first.
