Most teams in a vertical pay in broadly similar ways. Instead of building a plan from nothing, Knockt seeds one from a comp template matched to your industry, and you tune it from there.
Pick a vertical, get a plan
At onboarding you choose your industry — fiber, solar, pest control, roofing, security, HVAC, and more. Each seeds a starter plan with sensible tiers, a payout schedule (sale vs. install), and a clawback window typical for that work.

Variants for how you actually pay
Each vertical ships multiple variants — for example a balanced plan, a faster-payout plan, and a heavier-clawback plan — so you can start from the one closest to your real comp. Browse them on the industries pages or apply one from Rules.
Note
A template is just a starting point. Applying one re-seeds your plan, so apply it before you've hand-tuned rules you want to keep.
