Add reps & managers
Bring reps in manually or by join link, add managers, and handle reps who leave.

Your roster lives in Team. There are two ways to bring reps in, plus manager access and a clean way to offboard.
Add reps manually
Enter a rep's name and (optionally) email. If you add an email, they get a set-password link to access their own dashboard. No email? They still track on the leaderboard and ledger — you just log on their behalf.
Share a join link
Send your workspace join link and reps self-register. Self-joined reps land in a pending state — they can't see anything until a manager approves them, so randoms can't slip in.
Add managers
Managers get the full dashboard and can be assigned to one or more teams. Pro workspaces support unlimited managers, and managers don't count toward your seat price.
When a rep leaves
Deactivate the rep. That blocks their login but preserves their entire sales and commission history in the ledger — so payroll and audits stay accurate. You can reactivate them later if they come back.
